Disruptive Woman On Flight From Fort Lauderdale To Nashville Facing Federal Charge

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami/CNN) – A Tennessee pistillate accused of assaulting 2 formation attendants connected a formation from Fort Lauderdale to Nashville is facing a national charge.

Since Henry was seated adjacent to an exigency exit, formation attendants decided for information reasons to determination Henry to different seat. When they requested that Henry move, she refused and grabbed her carry-on container and ran toward the beforehand of the craft screaming, “I’m getting disconnected this plane.”

Once they were capable to restrain her, an off-duty firefighter connected the formation assisted the unit by sitting with Henry and keeping her calm for the duration of the flight. When the level landed astatine Nashville International Airport, Henry was arrested and charged with nationalist intoxication.

After further probe by the FBI, Henry was charged with interfering with formation unit members and attendants. She turned herself successful connected Tuesday, December 28th.

If convicted of the national offense, Henry faces up to 20 years successful situation and a $250,000 fine.
