Nearly half of COVID-19 cases reported in Florida are in Miami-Dade, Broward

Public health officials reported the CDC had confirmed 314 cases in Florida and 80 of those were in Broward and 76 were in Miami-Dade.
The patients’ age range in Miami-Dade is 18 to 88 years old. In Broward, it’s 19 to 93 years old. In Fort Lauderdale, authorities were working to contain a deadly spread at Atria Miami Florida News Willow Wood, a senior living community.

In Florida, a 6 -year-old child was diagnosed with COVID-19, 43% of the patients are 10 to 49 years old, and 56% of the patients are 50 to 80 years old, state data shows.
